We can convert your Delphi application but our position on legacy Delphi Win32 applications is that there is no real benefit to moving a well written Delphi application to another platform. Delphi creates true Win32 native code applications and DotNet applications run on top of the CLR runtime. For new systems, it's a tougher choice. Both VS.Net and Delphi offer wonderful features.
